XIM, Inc. is an international outsource software development company with a head office in San-Francisco, CA. As of today, the company is established through five offshore offices. Our key areas of expertise include
XIM, Inc. originated in 1994 in San-Francisco, CA. Several friends of Russian decent, who shared the same passion – software development decided to combine their efforts and build a successful business together. Initially, the company was working on pure enthusiasm of its originators. Nevertheless, with time the number of profitable partnerships and software development projects was growing, and the number of employees and provided services were growing with them.
As of today, we are a company of 5 offshore offices in Russia and Belarus, which allows uninterrupted performance and great flexibility in terms of resources, among other benefits.
The establishment of the offices allowed us to increase our productivity drastically. The number of completed projects goes far beyond a hundred. Tens of outsource software development initiatives are estimated as “ongoing,” hundreds of projects are remotely maintained by our IT consultants and software engineers.
As time went on, it became much harder to obtain well-qualified software developers and other specialists. At the same time, our employees have already possessed a huge variety of unique skills and very eager to share them. Therefore, instead of looking for outstanding specialists on the market, we started to grow our own:
In 2005, we introduced our new development: a Remote Testing Lab, also known as Remote Mobile Application Testing Service. The laboratory focused on providing offshore software testing services of primarily mobile and wireless technologies.
Being passionate about mobile technologies and the sharp rise of social networking application development, in 2009 XIM opened a separate mobile application development division, called XiMAD.
XiMAD focuses primarily on mobile games and entertainment development. The division builds genuine mobile applications under its own brand. A number of applications, such as incredibly popular Bubble Birds, Pandas vs. Ninjas, and Brain Cube have been recognized as top applications in a variety of application stores, both platform-specific and cross platform.
The company is keen on Corporate Social Responsibility. In our own opinion, XIM exists to make the planet better and help to build a bright future for everyone. Therefore, among other things, we are official supporters and business partners of Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services charitable organization, one of the oldest and largest family institutions in the U.S. as well as other outlets such as San Francisco Police Department and San Francisco Department of Animal Care & Control.
