Lead 2D Artist

Responsibilities

  • Set product vision, maintain high standards regarding aesthetic and technical aspects of art content
  • Work with Game Designer and Lead Designer to establish project’s vision and flow of the game
  • Create stunning casual art work for various casual titles including Match-3
  • Quickly iterate and create detailed concept art
  • Supervise and support a team of artists with clear and consistent direction
    Responsible for the project’s art deliverables
  • Help maintain milestone and Art schedules with production team
  • Responsible for assisting in hiring necessary art staff, training, and career direction for the art team
  • Demonstrates a high level of creativity and originality in treatment of episodic titles

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of art production experience (Masters in Fine Arts preferred)
  • Must have 2 or more years of experience with game development and artistic leadership of a team of artists with 1+ shipped title(s) (web, video, mobile, or social).
  • Possess a good knowledge of production life cycles and demands
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching technical and traditional art processes and mentoring artists
  • Must have strong communication skills and a positive and professional attitude
  • Passion for playing and making video games

 

Portfolio Requirements

Along with your cover letter and resume, please include a link to your portfolio with samples that represent the range of your skills in:

  • creating artwork in a range of different casual styles
  • creating of concepts from scratch (and be able to share them with us)

Generally, 12 to 15 pieces are a good sample.

Business Development Director /Sales Manager

Stable aviation company needs a supplier of aircraft parts and aviation services sales manager

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new sales
  • Search for new product and service groups to develop and strengthen company’s business in Russia and other post-Soviet countries
  • Develop proposals for attraction of new clients
  • Handle and expand customer base
  • Manage personnel in Moscow office (1-5 people)
  • Execute contracts and oversee the order placement process throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Conduct a structure system analysis of activity of current and potential clients
  • Be available to take various business trips

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in sales in the aviation industry or similar (2+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate with clients both by phone and in-person meetings
  • Strong computer skills
  • Possess a personal car and license
  • Previous Customers base is an advantage – aviation companies, airports, aircraft building enterprises
  • English knowledge is desired
  • Presentable appearance
  • Desire to make good money
  • Advanced degree in Law, IT, or Economics
