Sales manager (Aerospace Sector)

We are seeking a motivated and results -oriented, self-motivated, Sales Manager to contribute to the expansion of our customer base and revenue.  In this role you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing deals with potential clients.  Your ability to understand client needs, articulate our ERP system’s value proposition and tailor solutions to meet specific business challenges will be crucial to your success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers through market research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and presentations.
  • Understand client needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our system can address their challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  • Collaborate with the upper level management to ensure a deep understanding of our system capabilities.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using our CRM.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition and market changes.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in software sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • 3 to 5 years in aviation or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
