Software Onboarding Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Software Onboarding Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base and revenue. In this position, you will take charge of the onboarding process for new customers, providing product training, and ensuring alignment with their goals and values. Your success in understanding client needs, effectively communicating our ERP system's value, and tailoring solutions to address specific business challenges will be crucial to your success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer onboarding process across the organization;
  • Identify and implement solutions to optimize the onboarding process, collaborating with the team;
  • Conduct onboarding meetings, product trainings, company presentations, and product demos;
  • Understand customer context, oversee goals, and provide product information to support those goals;
  • Educate customers and work with the team to optimize their product setup for swift success;
  • Enhance product adoption and customer retention, fostering positive relationships for a loyal customer base;
  • Devise learning materials to help customers self-learn the product and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in software customer onboarding, communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a B2B environment;
  • 1-3 years in aviation aftermarket support, aviation parts sales, or a related industry;
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and quick grasp of technical concepts;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and results-driven attitude;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs;
  • Experience with CRM tools;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
