The role
Role purpose: Hire top talent across South and Latin America to meet project needs quickly and cost‑effectively. Provide market insights that help us shape the right hiring strategy per country.
Work setup: Remote; expected location South and Latin America (open to other locations with deep LATAM expertise)
Employment type: Contract, Freelance
Responsibilities:
- Own full‑cycle recruitment for roles across LATAM (intake, sourcing, screening, offers)
- Build diverse pipelines via regional platforms, communities, referrals, and direct outreach
- Advise on country‑specific market insights: talent availability, payment ranges, benefits, and timelines
- Coordinate interviews, assess candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on LATAM markets
- Strong knowledge of regional specifics across multiple countries in South/Latin America
- Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred
- Proven success filling roles remotely; comfortable working as an independent contractor
