We are building a modular AI system designed to automate key business processes — from handling incoming requests to generating reports and supporting decision-making.

At the core are task-oriented agents, integrated with corporate databases, analytics, and dynamic visualization tools (e.g., Dash/Plotly).

Our goal is to create an intelligent layer on top of the corporate infrastructure that includes:

• Prioritization, decision-making, and self-healing logic
• Autonomous LLM-powered agents with tool-use capabilities
• Analytics via pandas / SQL / Dash

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure LLM agents (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
• Integrate agents with external data sources (REST APIs, databases, emails, Excel files)
• Build pipelines: parsing → validation → enrichment → saving
• Design and implement dashboards and analytics modules (Plotly Dash, Streamlit)
• Work with corporate logic, data, and documentation
• Develop custom tools for agents (SQL interfaces, internal APIs, retrieval systems)
• Contribute to the agent system architecture

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Python experience, including pandas, requests, asyncio
• Strong understanding of LLM agent architecture and prompt engineering
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, etc.
• Skilled in working with tabular data (pandas, SQL) and data visualization (Dash, Plotly)
• Integration experience with REST APIs and storage systems (ClickHouse,PostgreSQL, MySQL, S3, Parquet)
• Proficient with Git, Docker, and modular coding best practices

As a plus:

• Experience in business analytics or processes in procurement, logistics, CRM, or ERP
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.)
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation and context-based memory systems
• Background in NLP/ML (e.g., classification, named entity recognition)
• Experience building architectures using FastAPI, LangChain, or Celery
