About Us
We blend best practices from outsourcing to deliver services that feel in-house. Our strengths: low‑risk project delivery with high quality, stable cross‑functional teams of in‑house specialists, and a business‑oriented approach. We invest in people, business development, and communication. Domain expertise includes healthcare, automotive, education, fintech, and media/entertainment. Our mission is to automate business processes and bring technological innovation into clients’ products. We encourage continuous learning and certifications, apply modern technologies to build scalable solutions, and serve both SMBs and enterprises.
Current focus: we are building DAIIL, an AI‑native platform that sits above existing enterprise software and gives users a unified, intelligent interface. Our working POC connects two very different systems (healthcare and aviation) to prove the architecture works across industries.
Target layers: AI Workspace → Context Engine → Semantic Layer → Application Adapter Framework → APIs/Browser/DB/Legacy. The DAIIL Core stays independent of any single application; app‑specific behavior lives in standardized adapters.
The role
Role purpose: Turn the POC into a scalable, reliable platform. Design clean contracts and an Adapter/Driver SDK so two unrelated enterprise apps can run equivalent workflows through one DAIIL Core.
Work setup: Remote, Full‑time
Responsibilities:
- Product and solution design
- Translate business needs into platform contracts, requirements, and a clear milestone roadmap
- Define success for “One Core, Two Apps, One Interaction Model” and track progress
- Architecture/engineering
- Design and implement DAIIL Core, the Application Adapter/Driver SDK, Context Engine, Semantic Layer, and tool/action orchestration
- Build secure, testable integrations (REST/SOAP/DB/legacy/browser). Set quality gates, versioning, and compatibility rules
- Data/analytics/automation
- Model semantic data and actions; define schemas, validation, and reconciliation
- Instrument metrics and dashboards (reliability, latency, success/error rates); automate regression checks
- Stakeholder management
- Work with internal engineers, solution architects, and client SMEs to understand systems and constraints
- Align with security, infra, and product leads; present trade‑offs and decisions clearly
- Process and improvement
- Establish coding standards, adapter guidelines, and documentation
- Mentor contributors; run design reviews, incident reviews, and post‑release learnings
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in Python platform/back‑end engineering with emphasis on architecture and integrations
- Skills: API and SDK design, clean interfaces and contracts, data modeling, strong SQL and database design, browser automation (Playwright or similar), authN/Z
- Architecture and integrations: building adapters/drivers for REST/SOAP/DB/legacy systems; resilient patterns (idempotency, retries, backoff, rate limits)
- Data and quality: schema validation, typed contracts, testing (unit/integration/e2e), security basics, logging/tracing/metrics
- Communication: clear written and spoken English; ability to explain decisions to technical and business stakeholders
As a plus:
- Domain knowledge: ERP, EHR, CRM, aviation, logistics, manufacturing, finance
- Practices: semantic/canonical data models, human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, recommendation/decision systems, agent/tool orchestration, MCP
- Additional tools/certifications: cloud certifications, workflow engines (Temporal/Prefect), dbt, compliance awareness (HIPAA/SOX/GDPR basics)
What we offer:
- High impact on product and architecture; real ownership of core components
- Flexible schedule; remote work
- A culture that encourages experimentation, R&D, and new approaches
- Room for professional growth
Hiring process: Recruiter screening – Team/stakeholder interviews (engineering, architecture, product) – Final interview and offer
