We are seeking a skilled technical specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), with a focus on the Field Service module. This position involves hands-on development work, including custom extensions, integrations, and system enhancements. This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside within the European Union and possess fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows within Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service
- Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the D365 platform, following best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing with Dynamics 365 CE, specifically in the Field Service module
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience with system integration and custom development, including API usage and Azure-based solutions (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions)
- Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Residency in the European Union and fluency in English are mandatory
