About Us
Customer is launching a small LATAM‑based game revival studio focused on bringing mature casual mobile games back to life. The initial portfolio may include word, puzzle/jigsort, jigsaw, solitaire, and other evergreen genres. The studio will own its product strategy, roadmap, team, and release cadence, while leveraging the customer’s user acquisition (UA), AdOps, analytics, publishing, and product expertise where this creates leverage.
Goal: build a focused LATAM team, ideally connected to Argentina/Buenos Aires, to audit, update, relaunch, localize, operate, and grow selected games as standalone products.

- Coordinate with centralized UA, AdOps, analytics, and infrastructure while keeping product ownership inside the revival team
- Communicate plans, risks, and results clearly to executives and partners
- Process and improvement
- Establish the team rhythm: planning, KPI reviews, release planning, retros
- Build practical LiveOps: content calendar, events, offers, seasonal updates, player comms
