About Us

We are building a small, independent mobile game studio with a clear purpose: to bring strong, mature casual games back to life.

Our initial portfolio includes well-developed titles across word games, puzzles, jigsort, jigsaw, solitaire, and other evergreen casual genres. These are not early prototypes. They are existing products with proven foundations, recognizable gameplay, and unrealized potential.

The studio will have its own product ownership, team, roadmap, and release cadence. It will operate as a focused, entrepreneurial unit rather than as a support function inside a larger organization.

Our goal is to build a senior, hands-on team in Latin America, initially centered in Argentina and/or Brazil, capable of identifying the right games, understanding what made them work, improving what no longer works, and turning selected titles into sustainable standalone products.

The role

We are looking for a Product Lead who wants to build and lead this studio from the ground up.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an entire product operation rather than manage one narrow part of a large organization. You will have meaningful influence over which games we revive, how the team is built, what gets shipped, and how product decisions are made.

You will work with existing games that already have history, players, content, data, and technical foundations. The challenge is not to rebuild everything from scratch. It is to see clearly what still has value, understand what prevents the product from growing, and make focused improvements that can give the game a second life.

The role combines product leadership, team building, live game operations, and business ownership. It is suited to someone who enjoys creating clarity in imperfect situations, making practical decisions, and working closely with a small team that can move quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the initial LATAM-based mobile game revival team.
  • Help select the first games to be revived based on product quality, market potential, technical condition, and business viability.
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, performance, and P&L of the selected titles.
  • Assess existing games across onboarding, retention, engagement, monetization, content, live operations, advertising logic, technical health, and market positioning.
  • Identify the highest-impact opportunities without defaulting to large or unnecessary redesigns.
  • Establish a consistent release rhythm built around measurable product improvements.
  • Design and evaluate experiments across retention, engagement, monetization, live operations, and player experience.
  • Build a practical live-ops model, including events, challenges, offers, seasonal content, and player communication.
  • Recruit and manage a focused cross-functional team across product, game design, engineering, analytics, QA, release management, art, and content.
  • Work with XIM client-side UA, AdOps, analytics, and publishing capabilities when a product is ready to grow.
  • Establish clear dashboards, product reviews, experiment readouts, and decision-making processes.
  • Make disciplined recommendations on whether to continue, scale, reposition, or sunset individual products.
  • Create a working culture based on ownership, speed, product judgment, and respect for the player.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile games product management, game production, live game operations, studio leadership, or general management.
  • Strong experience with free-to-play mobile games.
  • Experience with casual genres such as puzzle, word, card, solitaire, jigsaw, or similar evergreen products is highly relevant.
  • A track record of improving mature or live products through focused product iteration, live operations, monetization, and structured testing.
  • Strong understanding of retention, engagement, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, advertising monetization, IAP, live operations, and UA readiness.
  • Experience building or leading small cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to recruit and manage remote specialists across different functions and locations.
  • Comfort working with legacy products, imperfect data, technical constraints, and incomplete information.
  • Ability to balance product ambition with practical delivery.
  • Strong product judgment and the confidence to make clear decisions.
  • Fluent English.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience working with LATAM-based teams is a plus.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

You are likely to succeed here if you are more interested in building products than managing process for its own sake.

You are comfortable looking at an existing game and asking:

  • What still works?
  • What has been neglected?
  • What can be improved quickly?
  • What should not be touched?
  • What would make players return?
  • What would make the product worth scaling again?

You do not need perfect conditions before acting. You can work with limited resources, imperfect systems, and older technology while maintaining high standards of product thinking.

You are hands-on enough to go deep into the game, analytical enough to challenge assumptions, and pragmatic enough to avoid rebuilding what can be repaired.

Most importantly, you want to build something that feels like your own.

Why This Role Is Different

This is not a conventional product management position inside a large mobile games organization.

You will not inherit a fixed structure, a large team, or a roadmap created by someone else. You will help create the structure, choose the priorities, and shape the way the studio operates.

The opportunity is to take games with real foundations and give them renewed relevance through better product decisions, stronger live operations, sharper monetization, and a focused team.

For the right person, this is a chance to lead a compact studio-like business with genuine product ownership and direct accountability for results.
