The Product
The product is a US-based online platform for streamlining legal procedures. It allows individuals, businesses, judges and anyone else involved in court proceedings to manage their documents electronically. It offers users secure filing of e-documents, automatic filing fee calculation, a simple three-step document filling process, and more. The solution has been reducing the stress and complexity of legal proceedings for a wide range of users across the USA for over 8 years.
Forming the Team
To help the client develop the product from scratch, as well as test and deploy it, XIM formed a dedicated team consisting of in-house staff as well as additional specialists sourced from the market. These experts became core members of the product’s technical team and have worked on supporting the platform for 8 years.
Development
Filing legal documents and dealing with court procedures is notoriously complex, stressful, and time-consuming for business, individuals, and court staff alike. The main challenge of this project was to untangle these complexities and create a solution that would make them straightforward for all concerned parties. This involved close collaboration with court staff to understand the needs and pain points of all stakeholders. Another challenge was making sure theoluteon could be integrated with the existing case management system to ensure smooth data transfer and seamless workflow. Collaboration continued into the pilot phase, so the development team could test the product’s effectiveness and gather user feedback. Together with the court staff, they closely monitored the pilot to identify any potential issues and make necessary adjustments, before launching the full-fledged product.
