The Client

The client provides a user-friendly software system designed for healthcare professionals to efficiently record and access important medical information about their patients. It helps doctors spend less time dealing with complex computer systems and more time with their patients. The solution works alongside existing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, making it easier for doctors to use without extensive training. It also incorporates advanced features like artificial intelligence to improve patient care by analyzing data and suggesting treatment options. In short, the software aims to simplify the way healthcare providers document patient information, saving time and promoting standardized records. It works universally on various devices and in different medical establishments and integrates smoothly with existing medical software systems.

Grasping the Concept 

When the client came to XIM, they had nothing but the startup concept and funding. They required additional expertise in terms of IT, software development, and setting up working processes — in short, they needed help to execute the idea. 
XIM put together a team of specialists who would work out how to make this concept into a reality, from the ground up. Their first task was to thoroughly understand for themselves users’ current needs and pain points, and the flaws in existing solutions. Then, they began to design the new game-changing product. 

Creating the Product

XIM’s specialists became responsible for the entire technical side of the business — from architecture to further development and support. They worked hard to build a solution that would perform as required, integrating smoothly into existing medical software systems in any establishment, incorporating AI to analyze treatment data and provide suggestions, and offering doctors an easy-to-use interface to lighten their administrative load. 

The Outcome

XIM’s specialists turned a concept on paper into a working reality, significantly increasing the quality of healthcare doctors can provide to patients in the real world. The solution is paying for itself and is currently being used to improve the healthcare of thousands of patients. The client was fully satisfied with the project, one XIM specialist continues to support the platform, and there are plans to implement interaction with external services.
